Coriander Leaves Sandwich
These sandwiches make for a good starter option at parties. They also make for a tiffin box snack or picnic food. It is very healthy too.

- bread 4 slice
- coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- aloo 1 no.
- tomato 1 no.
- onion 1 no.
- ginger small piece
- green chili 1 no.
- salt to taste
- lemon 1/2
- oil 2 tsp
toast the bread by applying oil
boil the aloo and smash it
chop finely the onion and tomato
make a paste by grinding the coriander,salt, green chili and ginger
in a bowl add coriander paste, onion, tomato and squeeze the lemon and mix well
add smashed aloo and mix it
now coriander aloo mix is ready
apply the coriander aloo mix in the bread slice
close with other slice of bread. coriander leaves sandwich is ready
