Mutton Cutlet

Mutton Cutlets are droolworthy snacks. mutton cutlet is very rare and delicous recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • Mutton 250 gram
  • aloo 100 gram
  • mint leaves 1/5 cup
  • egg 1 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 3 no.
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • maida 3 tsp
  • corn flour 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • bread crumbs 1 cup
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, ginger and garlic
  • in a pan heat the oil and temper the ginger and garlic
  • add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  • chop the mutton into small piece and wash and clean it
  • add mutton and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
  • add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well
  • mint leaves and mix well
  • add 4 glass of water, mix well and allow to cook until the mutton gets cook well
  • cook the aloo and smash it
  • once the mutton get cooked, add smashed potato
  • mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
  • in a bowl mix maida, cornflour
  • in another bowl add egg and beat well
  • in a plate take bread crumbs
  • from the mutton mixture. make small ball
  • from a mutton ball make a round shape
  • dust the mutton in maida, cornflour
  • and dip in egg
  • coat the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and fry the cutlet
  • once it turn into golden brown, remove from oil. cutlet is ready to serve. serve with sauce
