- Mutton 250 gram -
- aloo 100 gram -
- Mint Leaves 1/5 cup -
- Egg : 1 no -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Ginger : small piece -
- garlic 3 no. -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Maida : 3 tsp -
- Corn flour : 3 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Bread crumbs : 1 cup -
- Oil to fry -

- add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
- chop the mutton into small piece and wash and clean it
- add mutton and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
- add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well
- mint leaves and mix well
- add 4 glass of water, mix well and allow to cook until the mutton gets cook well
- cook the aloo and smash it
- once the mutton get cooked, add smashed potato
- mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
- in a bowl mix maida, cornflour
- in another bowl add egg and beat well
- in a plate take bread crumbs
- from the mutton mixture. make small ball
- from a mutton ball make a round shape
- dust the mutton in maida, cornflour
- and dip in egg
- coat the bread crumbs
- heat the oil and fry the cutlet
- once it turn into golden brown, remove from oil. cutlet is ready to serve. serve with sauce
