Leftover Rice Aadai
this is a simple and easy recipe. this is instant recipe too. its added with few ingredients only.

- 1 cup Leftover Rice
- 1/4 cup Besan flour
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 string Curry leaves
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Red chili
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for greasing
In a bowl take leftover rice and mash well
Now add chopped ingredients
Now add bean flour and red chili and salt
Now mix well, if need only sprinkle water and make like dough
Divide into equal portion and keep aside
Now heat tawa and grease oil and take one ball, make a flat small adai directly in tawa
Turn other side and apply oil and cook both side well.
Now its ready to serve Leftover rice aadai
