Leftover Rice Aadai

this is a simple and easy recipe. this is instant recipe too. its added with few ingredients only.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Leftover Rice
  • 1/4 cup Besan flour
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl take leftover rice and mash well
  • Now add chopped ingredients
  • Now add bean flour and red chili and salt
  • Now mix well, if need only sprinkle water and make like dough
  • Divide into equal portion and keep aside
  • Now heat tawa and grease oil and take one ball, make a flat small adai directly in tawa
  • Turn other side and apply oil and cook both side well.
  • Now its ready to serve Leftover rice aadai
