tomato 4
garlic 4 cloves
dried red chilly 3
mustard 2 tsp
curry leaves 2 sprig
oil as needed
tamarind water 1 cup
cumin seeds 1 tsp
coriander leaves 1 sprig
rasam powder 1 table spoon
Instructions
cook tomato by adding little water and salt
close the kadai
make a solution of tamarind using water
add the tamarind water to the cooked tomatao
add rasam mix or powder to it .
heat another pan and add oil. when it hot then add mustard and when it splutters add curry leaves ,dried red chilly and garlic and cumin seeds to it.
add the mustard mix to the kadai
stir well and add coriander leaves
our rasam is ready to serve.
