Ingredients
  

  • chicken 1/2kg
  • egg 1 no.
  • maida 1tsp
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • rice flour 2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • colour powder 1 pinch
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • curd 1 tsp
  • lemon 1/2 no.
  • oil to fry
  • curry leaves 2 bunch

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, egg, red chili powder, garam masala. pepper, turmeric powder, colour powder,curd, squeeze the lemon and ginger garlic paste
  • add cleaned and washed chicken and mix well
  • marinate for 1 hour
  • heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken
  • add curry leaves before removing chicken from oil
  • egg chili chicken is ready
