- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- colour powder 1 pinch -
- pepper 1/2 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Curd : 1 tsp -
- lemon 1/2 no. -
- Oil to fry -
- curry leaves 2 bunch -

Instructions
- in a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, egg, red chili powder, garam masala. pepper, turmeric powder, colour powder,curd, squeeze the lemon and ginger garlic paste
- add cleaned and washed chicken and mix well
- marinate for 1 hour
- heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken
- add curry leaves before removing chicken from oil
- egg chili chicken is ready
