Paruppu Rasa Podi
This is a south indian special paruppu rasa podi. This is simple and aromatic powder.

- 1/2/ cup Toor dal
- 1 cup Red chilly
- 2 cup Coriander seed
- 1/2 cup Jeera
- 1/4 cup Pepper
- 1 tsp Fenugreek
- 5 strings Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard
In a pan, add toor dal then roast it and keep aside
In the same pan add red chilly then roast it and keep aside.
Add coriander seed then roast it well when aroma comes out, then transfer it
Likewise roast all other ingredients one by one and transfer in a plate.
Allow to cool and keep in sunlight for 1 hour.
Now grind it coarsely and transfer to other plate.
Now store in airtight container and use one or two spoons for rasam.
Now Paruppu rasa podi ready to use.
