this is simple and easy podi. this is all time favourite to all. we can use for idly and dosa. this is one version. this is also called as chutney podi.

1 cup Urad Dal 1/2 cup Channa Dal 1 tbsp Sesame Seed 2 tbsp Roasted Peanut 1 string Curry leaves 10 Dry Red chili Salt to taste
Dry roast urad dal and keep aside
Now roast channa dal in same pan and keep aside
Now roast peanut and keep aside
Now roast curry leaves and dry chili and keep aside
Now add sesame seeds and leave one minute and turn off and keep aside
Now allow all ingredient to cool
Now add in mixer jar and grind coarsely with salt
Now transfer to air tight container
