- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Channa dal - 1/2 cup
- Sesame seed - 1 tbsp
- Roasted peanut - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Dry Red Chili - 10
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Dry roast urad dal and keep aside
- Now roast channa dal in same pan and keep aside
- Now roast peanut and keep aside
- Now roast curry leaves and dry chili and keep aside
- Now add sesame seeds and leave one minute and turn off and keep aside
- Now allow all ingredient to cool
- Now add in mixer jar and grind coarsely with salt
- Now transfer to air tight container
