ragi 1 cup
idly rice 1 cup
urad dal 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Instructions
soak ragi rice and dal for 3 hours
grind together ragi and rice then grind dal and add together
allow it to ferment for 5 hours adding salt
steam the batter in idly plates for 10 minutes and serve
