- Ragi / finger millet flour 1 cup
- Pavakkai bitter gourd 1 no.
- onion 1 no.
- salt to taste
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- corn flour 1/4 cup
- oil to fry
chop the bitter gourd / pavakkai
finely chop the onion
in a bowl add ragi / finger millet flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, onion and bitter gourd
mix well
heat the oil and just spread like pakoda and fry it
Revome from oil
ragi pavakkai pakoda is ready to serve. serve with rea or coffee
