Ingredients
  

  • Ragi / finger millet flour 1 cup
  • Pavakkai bitter gourd 1 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • corn flour 1/4 cup
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • chop the bitter gourd / pavakkai
  • finely chop the onion
  • in a bowl add ragi / finger millet flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, onion and bitter gourd
  • mix well
  • heat the oil and just spread like pakoda and fry it
  • Revome from oil
  • ragi pavakkai pakoda is ready to serve. serve with rea or coffee
