Kambu Sadam(bajra Or Pearl Millet)
this is a south indian dish ,commonly preferred as a good substitute for rice ,since it is good iron rich food.

- kambu 1 cup
- idly rice 2sp
- water 4 cups
soak kambu along with rice for 1/2 an hour
run it in a mixie in a coarse form
boil water in a cooker and gently add the mixer to it
allow it for 4-5 whistle in medium flame . sadam is ready to serve with dal, sambar,rasam or curd
