Take the Pori (Puffed Rice) in a bowl/vessel and add the roasted/boiled Peanuts, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt.
Also add Chopped Onion, Coriander leaves, Tomato, Mango and grated Carrot
Stir all ingredients together
Finally, add Lemon juice (to taste) also in this mix and stir it well and serve it immediately (Lemon juice should add in the Masala Pori only just before serving it otherwise it would taste bitter)
