peel the skin of mango ginger
grate the mango ginger
in a pan fry the cumin seed, fenugreek seed and coriander seed with out oil and make as a pickle powder
in kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard
add grated mango ginger, mix well and allow to cook in oil for 10 minutes
add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well and allow to cook until the mango ginger get soft texture in oil for 20 minutes
add pickle powder which we prepared above and mix well
allow to cook for 15 minutes until the mango ginger get well cooked
here the mango ginger pickle is ready
