Bread Briyani
this is simple and easy to do. this is a quick recipe with bread which we used to have mostly in our home.

- 6 slices Bread
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1/ 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Mint few
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- salt as taste
- 1 Cardamom , cloves, cinnamon
- 2 tblsp Oil
In a pan add oil and temper Cardamom , cloves, cinnamon
Now add onion, green chili and saute well
Now add Ginger garlic paste and tomato. saute well
Now add red chili powder and salt. saute it
Add mint and cook for few minutes
Now add bread ( cut into 4) and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Now turn off and serve hot . Bread briyani is ready
