Bread Briyani

this is simple and easy to do. this is a quick recipe with bread which we used to have mostly in our home.

  • In a pan add oil and temper Cardamom , cloves, cinnamon
  • Now add onion, green chili and saute well
  • Now add Ginger garlic paste and tomato. saute well
  • Now add red chili powder and salt. saute it
  • Add mint and cook for few minutes
  • Now add bread ( cut into 4) and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now turn off and serve hot . Bread briyani is ready
