Take a pan and add coconut and fennel seeds to it
stir well and when its half brown
add a pinch of coriander powder, half tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of chilly powder
stir well for 2 to 5 seconds and then when its cooled grind it using a mixer.
heat another pan or a kadai and add oil and when the oil is hot add ginger and garlic then sauté it well.
now add tomato and curry leaves to it and stir well.
add the chicken to it and also add garam masala also to it
stir well and add little water to it.
close the pan for some time and when all the water gets out of the chicken.
add the grinded mixture to it.
stir well and make the grinded mixture distribute equally.
close the pan for 5 minute ,then add the capsicum to it.
then close the pan and allow it to get cooked.
our dish is ready ,transfer to the serving dish.
pour some coriander leaves also before serving.
