Pattanam Pakoda
It is also called Patnam Pakora. It is a very tasty, crispy outside and soft inside snack.

- 1 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1/ 2 cup Roasted gram
- 2 tblsp Besan flour
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green chili
- Curry leaves little
- Coriander little
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt taste
- 1/4 tsp cooking salt
- 2 tblsp Ghee
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped or curshed
In a bowl add chopped onion, green chili, salt and curry and coriander leaves. mix well
In other bowl add all powders and add ghee, mix well
Now mix both mixture together and mix well roughly
Add little water, make dough and make small balls
Deep fry with oil and drain out
Now crispy and soft Pattanam pakoda ready
