Pattanam Pakoda

It is also called Patnam Pakora. It is a very tasty, crispy outside and soft inside snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1/ 2 cup Roasted gram
  • 2 tblsp Besan flour
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green chili
  • Curry leaves little
  • Coriander little
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt taste
  • 1/4 tsp cooking salt
  • 2 tblsp Ghee
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped or curshed

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add chopped onion, green chili, salt and curry and coriander leaves. mix well
  • In other bowl add all powders and add ghee, mix well
  • Now mix both mixture together and mix well roughly
  • Add little water, make dough and make small balls
  • Deep fry with oil and drain out
  • Now crispy and soft Pattanam pakoda ready
