Pattanam Pakoda
It is also called Patnam Pakora. It is a very tasty, crispy outside and soft inside snack.

- 1 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1/ 2 cup Roasted gram
- 2 tblsp Besan flour
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green chili
- Curry leaves little
- Coriander little
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt taste
- 1/4 tsp cooking salt
- 2 tblsp Ghee
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped or curshed
- In a bowl add chopped onion, green chili, salt and curry and coriander leaves. mix well 
- In other bowl add all powders and add ghee, mix well 
- Now mix both mixture together and mix well roughly 
- Add little water, make dough and make small balls 
- Deep fry with oil and drain out 
- Now crispy and soft Pattanam pakoda ready
