Peerkangai Curry
This is an easy gravy recipe prepared with ridge gourd.this is simple and easy too. this is good for rice , dosa, idly and chapathi

- 1 Peerkangai ridge gourd
- 2 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Salt as taste
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 3 tsp Oil
In blender add coconut and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds and ground well
In a pan add oil and temper funnel seed
Now add onion and tomato and saute well
Now add chopped ridge gourd and cook for 5 mins
Now add curry powder and turmeric powder and salt. cook for minute
Now add coconut paste and water and brings to boil and turn off
Now its ready to serve Peerkangai Curry
