Peerkangai Curry

This is an easy gravy recipe prepared with ridge gourd.this is simple and easy too. this is good for rice , dosa, idly and chapathi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Peerkangai ridge gourd
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 3 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In blender add coconut and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds and ground well
  • In a pan add oil and temper funnel seed
  • Now add onion and tomato and saute well
  • Now add chopped ridge gourd and cook for 5 mins
  • Now add curry powder and turmeric powder and salt. cook for minute
  • Now add coconut paste and water and brings to boil and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Peerkangai Curry
