Soak toor dal for 1-2 hours
Now grind coarsely toor dal with dry chili and add little salt
Now grease idly pan, add toor dal mixture and steam for 10 mins
In bowl beat egg with salt and chilli powder
Now grease oil and pour egg and steam for 5- 10 min
Now allow to cool both and crumble it
In pan add oil and temper mustard, channa dal, curry leaves and asafeotida
Now add both dal and egg in pan cook for 10 min in low flame with some extra oil for more crispy
