Murungakkai Poricha Kuzhambu

this is popular in thirunevelli poricha kuzhambu. this add all vegetable and combine with dal and coconut. this good for rice and idly and dosa. nice taste too

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Murungakkai
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 10 Shallots
  • 1 Tomato
  • Curry leaves little
  • 2 tsp Sambhar powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seed
  • 1 tsp Roasted Channa dal
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/ tsp Mustard
  • Dal cooked 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Boil dal and keep aside and grind coconut with funnel seed and roasted dal
  • Temper mustard with funnel seed with oil
  • Saute onion, murungakkai and tomato . cook well
  • Add all powder and mix well add dal
  • Add coconut and water bring to boil
  • Now turn off and serve with rice. Murungakkai Poricha Kuzhambu is ready
