Green Peas Egg Burgi

It is a delicious dish with rice.It is a delicious and healthy recipe for adults and kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Egg
  • 4 nos Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Green peas

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard and onion fry for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent.
  • Add green chillies to this and fry for a minute.
  • Add green to this and stir for a minute.
  • Add the beaten eggs and allow to firm a bit.
  • Add turmeric powder ,coriander powder and salt to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Stir vigorously to break the egg into small pieces.
  • Mix well with all ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now Green peas egg burgy is ready.Serve with coriander leaves.
