Cut bottle gourd in cylindrical shape and peel and clean and keep aside.
Grind Coconut with pepper, jeera, poppy seed, roasted channa dal and keep aside.
In bowl add ginger garlic paste and red chili turmeric and salt and mix with lemon and marinate with bottle gourd
Deep fry bottle gourd with oil and keep aside
In pan add oil and saute chopped ginger and garlic
Add onion and saute well and add potato and pepper and salt and mix it well cook for few mins and keep aside.
Now add tsp of oil and add all powder and then curd and mix well
Now add Coconut paste and cook for 5 mins and turn off
Take bottle gourd and stuff potato masala and arrange in bowl
Pour gravy and garnish with coriander and serve. Bottle Gourd stuffed potato with gravy is ready
