- Bottle gourd - 1
- Onion(chopped) - 1
- Potato(boil and chop) - 2
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Coconut - 1/2
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Poppy Seed - 1/2 tsp
- Roasted Channa Dal - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger and garlic - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger and garlic(chopped 1 tsp) -
- Oil(as needed) -
- Salt(as per taste) -

Instructions
- Cut bottle gourd in cylindrical shape and peel and clean and keep aside.
- Grind Coconut with pepper, jeera, poppy seed, roasted channa dal and keep aside.
- In bowl add ginger garlic paste and red chili turmeric and salt and mix with lemon and marinate with bottle gourd
- Deep fry bottle gourd with oil and keep aside
- Now add tsp of oil and add all powder and then curd and mix well
- Now add Coconut paste and cook for 5 mins and turn off
- Take bottle gourd and stuff potato masala and arrange in bowl
- Pour gravy and garnish with coriander and serve. Bottle Gourd stuffed potato with gravy is ready
