Boil the cauliflower florets in salt and water for 3-4 minutes. After boiling, drain excess water and pat dry on tissue paper.
Mix Maida, cornflour along with salt and water to make a batter.Add all florets in batter and mix well. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until it turns golden brown colour.
Heat 2tbsp of oil in a wide pan, add chopped onions, ginger / garlic paste ,chopped green chillies, chopped capsicum and sauté it for 3-4 minutes.
Add soy sauce ,tomato sauce, chilli sauce and salt .Then add the fried cauliflower and mix well till it is well coated with sauces.
Enjoy the Gobi manchurian with rices, roti and chapati.
