Capsicum Mushroom Paneer Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Mushroom
  • 1 pack Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil required

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Capsicum Mushroom Paneer Gravy, first cut paneer and deep fry in oil.
  • Chop onion and ginger and chop capsicum in cube size. Clean and cut mushrooms.
  • In a pan add oil and temper ginger and onions.
  • Now add mushroom and saute for few mins.
  • Now add all powder in table, tomato puree and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add capsicum and allow to boil for 10 mins and add water too.
  • Then add paneer cubes and cook for 5 mins and turn off.
  • Now the Capsicum mushroom paneer gravy is ready.
