Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup Beans
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Curry leaf
  • 2 Red chilly
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.When mustard splutters add red chilly and curry leaf saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped beans to this and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add grated carrot and salt to this and saute for 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Grind coconut,onion,cumin seeds and chilli powder in a mixer.
  • Add this ground mix to carrot beans mix and mix all together for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • Add 1 cup of water to this and boil for 5 minutes until it is cooked well.
  • Sir for 2 more minutes until full water dries up.
  • Now carrot beans thoran is ready to serve with hot rice.
