Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.When mustard splutters add red chilly and curry leaf saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped beans to this and stir for 2 minutes.
- Grind coconut,onion,cumin seeds and chilli powder in a mixer.
- Add this ground mix to carrot beans mix and mix all together for 2 minutes in low flame.
- Add 1 cup of water to this and boil for 5 minutes until it is cooked well.
- Sir for 2 more minutes until full water dries up.
- Now carrot beans thoran is ready to serve with hot rice.
