Fish Fingers Fry. (Kerala Style)(Meen)

A special Fish Fry .Used As A Side Dish /As A seafood Starter.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Fish Cut into finger size
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 / Turmeric powder
  • 15-20 nos Pepper
  • 1 each Cloves/Cardamom/Cinnamon
  • 1 / Fennel seeds
  • 1 / Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger / Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Bengal gram dal powder
  • Curry leaves/Coriander leaves.
  • Oil for frying.
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind all the ingredients from chilly powder to lime juice along with salt .Marinate the fish pieces with this ground paste and keep it aside for 10 - 15 minutes. Then add Bengal gram dal powder and curry leaves /coriander leaves.
  • Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the fish pieces on low flame till it turns brown colour. (Both sides )
  • It is ready. Serve hot with steamed rice.
