Ariyunda is a classic snack originating from kitchens of Kerala. It is a very tasty sanck prepared with boiled rice and jaggery

Ingredients
  

  • rice 1 cup
  • jaggery as needed
  • coconut 1 table spoon
  • cashew 4
  • dry grapes 4

Instructions
 

  • heat a pan add rice to it.
  • then stir it until it gets slight brawn .
  • then grind it using a mixture
  • then mix the grinder rice powder with crushed jiggery ,crushed cashew and dry grape.
  • then make it in to ball shaped using hands.
  • then you can have it as a sweet snack.
