Ariyunda
Ariyunda is a classic snack originating from kitchens of Kerala. It is a very tasty sanck prepared with boiled rice and jaggery

- rice                        1 cup
- jaggery as needed
- coconut                 1 table spoon
- cashew                 4
- dry grapes            4
- heat a pan add rice to it. 
- then stir it until it gets slight brawn . 
- then grind it using a mixture 
- then mix the grinder rice powder with crushed jiggery ,crushed cashew and dry grape. 
- then make it in to ball shaped using hands. 
- then you can have it as a sweet snack.
