Almond Corn Paneer Curry

It is a tasty dish for rice.This rich curry is healthy and tasty too for kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Almond
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicm
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp kasturi methi
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add onions,tomatoes,and capsicm stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder,turmeric powder and chilli powder to this.
  • Add salt and garam masala and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Grind half of all these mix with almond in a mixer.
  • Add ground mix to kadai and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped paneer to this and stir 2 minutes.
  • Add kasthurimethi to this and add 1 cup water .Boil for 2 minutes ..
  • Cook for 3 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
  • We can add cooked corn to this .Mix all together for 2 minutes.
  • Now almond corn paneer curry is ready to serve.
