- Almond - 6
- Tomato - 2
- Corn - 1/4 cup
- Paneer - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1
- capsicm - 1
- Water - 1 cup
- Kasturi methi - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai and add onions,tomatoes,and capsicm stir for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander powder,turmeric powder and chilli powder to this.
- Add salt and garam masala and stir for 2 minutes.
- Grind half of all these mix with almond in a mixer.
- Add ground mix to kadai and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped paneer to this and stir 2 minutes.
- Add kasthurimethi to this and add 1 cup water .Boil for 2 minutes ..
- Cook for 3 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
- We can add cooked corn to this .Mix all together for 2 minutes.
- Now almond corn paneer curry is ready to serve.
