Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger / garlic paste and sauté them well.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, fennel powder, Garam masala powder and stir well.
Add finely chopped tomato , green chilly, curry leaves and mix them well.
Add 1/2 cup of hot water , salt into the pan and mix it.When the gravy starts to boil, break each egg and pour it into the gravy . Close the pan with a lid and allow the eggs to cook well.
Add coconut milk into the curry and when it starts to boil switch off the flame.
Kuthi ozhicha mutta curry is ready.Serve hot with chapati, appam, puris or idiappam.
