Surnali Dosa
Sornali is a konkani version of pan cakes, it is a sweet DOSA prepared usually for breakfast,

- 1/2 cup Rice pachari
- 1/2 cup Rice flakes
- 1/4 cup Curd Moru
- 1/4 cup Grated coconut
- Grated jaggery one lemon size
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1 no Green chilly
- Ghee / butter
- Salt to taste
Soak rice and fenugreek seeds for 5-6 hours. Then grind all ingredients except green chilly to a smooth paste.
Ferment for 8 hours. Add chopped green chilly and mix well.Heat a non stick pan.Smear ghee to pan. Pour one ladle full of batter.Do not spread.
Cover and cook on a low flame till golden brown on one side only.Serve hot .
It is too tasty with red chilly chutney.
