Ingredients
- Rice(pachari) - 1/2 cup
- Rice flakes - 1/2 cup
- Curd(Moru) - 1/4 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Grated jaggery(one lemon size) -
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 1 no
- Ghee/Butter -
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Soak rice and fenugreek seeds for 5-6 hours. Then grind all ingredients except green chilly to a smooth paste.
- Ferment for 8 hours. Add chopped green chilly and mix well.Heat a non stick pan.Smear ghee to pan. Pour one ladle full of batter.Do not spread.
- Cover and cook on a low flame till golden brown on one side only.Serve hot .
- It is too tasty with red chilly chutney.
