Beef Varuthathu

A traditional kerala dish which is favourite of most of the families. It goes well with parotta, rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt for taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to the beef and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Put the same in a cooker with water in high flame and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add oil to the pan and add the boiled beef to the boiled oil.
  • Add garam masala to the beef and saute well
  • Fry them in the oil till brown colour appears
