Beef Varuthathu
A traditional kerala dish which is favourite of most of the families. It goes well with parotta, rice.
Ingredients
- 200 gms Beef
- 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 cup Water
- Salt for taste
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
- Put the same in a cooker with water in high flame and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add garam masala to the beef and saute well
- Fry them in the oil till brown colour appears
