Kuzhi Paniyaaram
a famous Chettinad special recipe that is very apt for breakfast especially. It can also be had for evening tiffin and it tastes yummy

- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 4 Dry red chilly
- 2 cup Idly batter
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.When mustard splutters add urad dal and dry red chilly saute for 2 minutes.
Add this to idli batter.Add curry leaves, coriander leaves , salt and onion , mix all together properly.
Heat the paniyaaram chatti.pour some oil.
Pour idli batter in this mould up to 3/4th of mould.
Allow to cook for few minutes.Turn to other side with fork.Let other side cook
When paniyaarams become golden colour we can take.
Now kuzhi paniyaaram is ready to serve.
