Cauliflower Bell Pepper Subji

Tasty and spicy subji for roti and parathas. Bell peppers and cauliflower are very nutritious. They are rich in vitamins and fiber

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Spice powders
  • Kitchen king masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 3/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • coriander leaves Finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Clean the florets and lightly fry in a little oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds. After crackle the cumin seeds, toss the onion and saute till pink.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, red,yellow and green capsicum, saute for another few minutes. Now add the spice powders, turn the flame to the lowest and saute for few seconds
  • Add the cauliflower florets, the bell peppers and and salt .Saute for 5 minutes. Add 1/ 2 tbsp water and mix well.Cook closed for another 10 minutes on medium flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
