Clean the florets and lightly fry in a little oil.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds. After crackle the cumin seeds, toss the onion and saute till pink.
Add ginger garlic paste, red,yellow and green capsicum, saute for another few minutes. Now add the spice powders, turn the flame to the lowest and saute for few seconds
Add the cauliflower florets, the bell peppers and and salt .Saute for 5 minutes. Add 1/ 2 tbsp water and mix well.Cook closed for another 10 minutes on medium flame.
