Knead the atta using salt and water and keep it aside.
Now green peas boil and mash well.

Heat oil in a pan add jeera and stir well.
Add chopped onion and green chilli. Stir for few seconds.

Now add mashed green peas, grated eggs, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. Stir well.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portion, dip in plain atta and rolled out a portions into a circle of 4 diameter.
Spread the egg mixture on the top and fold in square.

Spread some oil or ghee over the paratha.
Remove into a serving dish and serve with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
