Egg paratha recipe at home

Ingredients
- For dough -
- Wheat flour/ Atta : 2 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- Water : for making dough -
For filling :
- Grated boiled eggs : 2 nos -
- Chopped spring onion : ½ cup -
- Boiled and mashed green peas : ½ cup -
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Jeera : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam masala powder : ½ tsp -
- Onion chopped : 1 ½ tsp -
- Green chilli chopped : 2 nos -
- Some coriander leaves : few -

Instructions
- Now green peas boil and mash well.
- Heat oil in a pan add jeera and stir well.
- Add chopped onion and green chilli. Stir for few seconds.
- Now add mashed green peas, grated eggs, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. Stir well.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portion, dip in plain atta and rolled out a portions into a circle of 4 diameter.
- Spread the egg mixture on the top and fold in square.
- Remove into a serving dish and serve with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
