Potatoes (boiled and mashed) : ½ k gm
Large onion finely chopped : 1 no
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp

Dry mango powder : 1
Salt : as reqd
Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few
For Samosa patti :
Maida / flour : 1 tsp
Water : 1tsp
Oil : for frying
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion till translucent.
Add the mashed potato, red chilli powder, dry mango powder chopped coriander leaves and salt and mix well together.
Keep aside to cool.
Mix the maida with water in a small bowl to make a smooth paste.
Make a cone of each samosa patti.
Fill with potato mixture and fold to cover the filling completely.
Seal the open edge with the flour / maida paste.

Gently slide the samosa into hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on a kitchen towel.

Serve with tomato sauce / green chutney.
