Ingredients
- Potatoes (boiled and mashed) : ½ k gm -
- Large onion finely chopped : 1 no -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Dry mango powder : 1 - 2 tsp
- Salt : as reqd -
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few -
- For Samosa patti : -
- Maida / flour : 1 tsp -
- Water : 1tsp -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Add the mashed potato, red chilli powder, dry mango powder chopped coriander leaves and salt and mix well together.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Mix the maida with water in a small bowl to make a smooth paste.
- Make a cone of each samosa patti.
- Fill with potato mixture and fold to cover the filling completely.
- Seal the open edge with the flour / maida paste.

- Gently slide the samosa into hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on a kitchen towel.

- Serve with tomato sauce / green chutney.
