Pineapple Fruit Jelly

Simple to make pineapple fruit jelly

Ingredients
  

  • Pineapple : ½ pc
  • Sugar : 12 tsp
  • China grass : small bundle (100 gm)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pineapple into small pieces and boil them in ½ cup of water, till the whole water evaporates.
  • In a mixer grinder, grind this pineapple, together with 12 tsp of sugar.
  • Put it in a sieve, and remove the pulp.
  • Add the china grass with 1 ½ cup of water, and boil till it dissolves completely.

  • Add the pineapple juice to this. Stir well and transfer it for refrigerating.

  • After refrigerating for not less than 2 hours, the pineapple fruit jelly is ready to be served.
